Job Descriptions

• Maintaining a deep understanding of the organization's agricultural products, services, or technologies (e.g., fertilizers, seeds, machinery, precision agriculture solutions)

• Staying informed about local agricultural market trends, competitor activities, government policies affecting agriculture

• Providing feedback to management on market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive pressures

• Working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement localized marketing campaigns

• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural community

• Attending local agricultural events, seminars, and exhibitions

• Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics specifically tailored to the agricultural market

• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data

• Developing accurate sales forecasts for the region based on market trends, seasonal factors, etc.

2. Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Descriptions

• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Plan and manage multi-channel promotional campaigns across digital, print, event, and social media platforms

• Oversee the content creation process, including copy, visual assets, and marketing collateral for print and digital channels

• Collaborate with internal sales, product, and business development teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals

• Oversee digital marketing channels, including paid search (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO strategy

• Leverage data insights to refine messaging, targeting, and audience segmentation

• Monitor budget allocation and optimize ROI for all marketing activities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in related field (preferably in the agriculture, agrochemical, fertilizer, or biotech industry)

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field (Agriculture, Biotechnology, or Marketing)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
