• Lead deal execution, financial modeling, comprehensive risk analysis, and due diligence efforts for complex regional transactions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal departments and external legal and advisory partners to streamline transaction workflows.
• Prepare credit proposals, term sheets, and pitch materials while guiding transactions through internal risk approval pathways.
• Oversee active portfolio management to identify potential stresses early and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Engage directly with corporate clients to manage relationships, deliver tailored funding solutions, and monitor sector developments.
  

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• 6+ years of experience in deal execution, portfolio management, credit risk management and/or infrastructure advisory
• Proven track record in transaction structuring, due diligence, and financial modeling
