We're Hiring: Avaloq Business Analyst!

We are looking for a skilled Avaloq business analyst to join our team and drive business process improvements using the Avaloq platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Avaloq, and a passion for optimizing banking operations in a dynamic environment.

Role: Avaloq Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agile delivery models.
• Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations
  
  
  
  

Experience and Domain Knowledge:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a business analyst in banking or financial services.
  
• Strong domain expertise in areas such as wealth management/private banking, credit & lending, investments/capital markets, or digital banking.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Experience with banking and investment platforms, including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  
• Capability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
  
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments
  
  
  

Requirements are that all candidates must have both:

• Banking/wealth management business experience.
•  Avaloq functional and/or technical experience
