Full Time AUTOMATION ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in NEXV SYNERGY SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Requirements:

• Degree in Automation Engineering or related field
• 2 years of working experience (better if in automotive industry)
• DLC, Automation System, Control System & other related
• Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• 25-35 age

Responsibilities:

Automation Engineer

1. Automation / JIG Development

• Research, design and implement new JIG, fixtures and automation systems.
• Improve existing JIG, machines and automation systems.

2. Production Line Equipment

• Provide technical support for production equipment and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensors, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo and conveyor systems.
• Support equipment installation and commissioning.

3. Project Management

• Manage automation and equipment projects.
• Prepare project schedules and technical documents.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors and contractors.

4. Equipment Improvement

• Analyse machine downtime, OEE, MTBF and MTTR.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement actions.
• Reduce downtime, cycle time and maintenance cost.

5. Maintenance System

• Plan maintenance activities for automation and production equipment.
• Develop WI, SOP, PM, PdM and troubleshooting guides.
• Analyse maintenance records and recurring problems.

6. Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with machine builders, automation suppliers and JIG fabricators.
• Review technical proposals and drawings.
• Coordinate installation, testing and commissioning.

7. Technical Support

• Provide technical support for automation and machine breakdowns.
• Support technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
