MyDeliva Sdn. Bhd. is an FMCG distribution and brand development company focused on building and expanding consumer brands across the Malaysian retail market.

We are currently expanding our sales coverage in Klang Valley and are looking for experienced and driven FMCG Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a field sales position with a strong focus on developing new business, expanding distribution and building long-term relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and increase product distribution across Klang Valley.
• Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential customers.
• Identify, approach and open new accounts across:
• General Trade (GT)
• Minimarkets and grocery stores
• Wholesalers
• Convenience stores
• Modern Trade (MT), where applicable
• Candidates with existing retailer, wholesaler or Modern Trade networks are expected to leverage their relationships to develop new business opportunities.
• Present and promote the company's FMCG products to potential customers.
• Negotiate orders and secure new product listings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up regularly to generate repeat and replenishment orders.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels at customer outlets.
• Conduct basic merchandising and ensure good product visibility.
• Identify opportunities for additional SKUs, displays and promotions.
• Gather competitor information, market pricing and retailer feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer, visitation and sales records.
• Follow company procedures for daily outlet visitation, including required clock-in and clock-out.
• Provide regular sales and market updates to management.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales, distribution and customer acquisition targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

The Sales Representative will be expected to achieve:

20 outlet/customer visits per working day

15 productive calls per working day

Performance will also be measured based on new accounts opened, monthly sales achievement, repeat orders, customer retention, distribution growth, merchandising execution and overall territory development.

Requirements

• FMCG sales experience/background is required.
• Previous experience in field sales is preferred.
• Experience dealing with General Trade, wholesalers, convenience stores and/or Modern Trade is an advantage.
• Existing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors or retail buyers will be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, selling and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable approaching new customers and developing business from the ground up.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage daily sales routes effectively.
• Responsible and disciplined in maintaining daily visitation and sales records.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps and mobile-based reporting/attendance systems.
• Preferably possess own transport and be comfortable travelling extensively within Klang Valley.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM2,500 per month

Attendance Allowance: RM250 per month

Subject to good attendance and compliance with company procedures, including required clock-in and clock-out for outlet visits.

Travelling Allowance: RM250 per month

Performance-Based Sales Commission

On top of the basic salary and allowances.

Total Fixed Monthly Package

Up to RM3,000 per month before commission

Who We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who already understand the FMCG market and do not require extensive training on basic field sales.

You should be comfortable walking into new outlets, speaking with owners or buyers, presenting products, negotiating orders, following up and developing customers into long-term accounts.
