Are you an experienced Python Developer with strong programming skills and a passion for AI/ML and Generative AI? We’re looking for talented professionals to join our team and work on modern technology solutions in Singapore.

Position: Python Developer

Location: Singapore

Experience: 5+ Years

Level: Mid-Senior Level

️ Key Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Python Programming

Experience with open-source frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain, etc.

Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, TeamCity & CI/CD

Experience with databases such as RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph Databases

Desired Skills – AI/ML & GenAI

Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including:

• Fine-tuning
• Model Distillation
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• A2A (Agent2Agent)

Good understanding of AI/ML concepts

Experience in Data Engineering

Scripting experience with Shell, Regular Expressions, etc.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Basic knowledge of Linux

️ Additional Skills

Knowledge or awareness of:

• Docker
• Ansible
• Kubernetes
• Splunk
• Public Cloud Platforms
