About the role

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating and scheduling social media content, and managing the digital marketing funnel. You will use AI tools to support content creation, research, campaign planning and reporting, track leads from MQL to SQL, update lead records, and prepare basic funnel and campaign reports. You will coordinate with the sales team on lead follow-ups, support company events, workshops and promotional activities, and assist with other marketing and administrative tasks when required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Create, prepare and schedule social media content
• Use AI tools to support content creation, research, campaign planning and reporting
• Assist in managing the digital marketing funnel and tracking leads from MQL to SQL
• Update lead records and prepare basic funnel and campaign reports
• Coordinate with the sales team on lead follow-ups
• Support company events, workshops and promotional activities
• Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks when required

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management or a related field
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead-generation funnels is an advantage
• Able and willing to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI or other relevant tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative, proactive, organised and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and collaborate with the team
