Full Time Executive Maintenance Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in ASIA FUJI ELEVATOR SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring elevator and escalator maintenance activities, ensuring scheduled servicing, breakdown response, repair works and customer requirements are carried out efficiently, safely and in accordance with company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown cases.
• Coordinate with technicians and customers on service matters.
• Conduct site visits and monitor maintenance progress.
• Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding repair works and technical issues.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and company requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in elevator, escalator, engineering or maintenance is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Able to read basic technical drawings/manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Frequent travel to project sites throughout Malaysia.

• Must possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
