Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, applying Agile methodology to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, resolve issues, and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables

Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to guide project execution

Engage and influence key stakeholders including business users, project teams, and external vendors to secure alignment and support

Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders effectively

Manage stakeholder expectations by resolving conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum

Foster cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics to enhance productivity and project outcomes

Incorporate user needs and feedback into project deliverables to ensure relevance and quality

Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and standards throughout all project activities

Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and minimize defects

Monitor project budgets to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits and optimize resource use

Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges to mitigate risks and keep projects on track

Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input to drive project success

Required competencies and certifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management

Experience in Agile Methodology

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Project Management-related certifications

Past development experience

Strong analytical skills applied to project planning and problem resolution

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration

Problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively

Conceptualization skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
