Full Time Drafter Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Holds a degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter
• Knowledge in AutoCad software is a must
• Experienced with Microstation
• Knowledge in BIM and Bentley Aecosim would be an advantage
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage
• Able to work well in teams and indepenedently
• Willing to work in Site Office
• Willing to work 5.5 days
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
