Job Description

The Service Crew supports the daily operations of the café by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining operational cleanliness, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily café operations to ensure smooth service flow and operational readiness during shifts
• Operationally hands-on during service periods to support customer service, cashiering, beverage preparation, and café operations
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation standards, speed of service, and customer experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across dining, service, and preparation areas in compliance with food safety and workplace safety requirements
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory handling, and proper storage practices
• Support basic cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and café equipment
• Provide friendly, energetic, and customer-focused service while handling customer enquiries and feedback professionally

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Former models, cabin crew or luxury services looking for trendy / hip cafe (Front line / PR customer service)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working Location : Harbour Front
