Full Time Purchasing Assistant-Executive (Sabak Bernam) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Toong Star (Kangar) Selangor - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Generate purchase orders based on requisitions and approved purchase requests.
• Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with vendors to request quotes, lead times, and product specifications.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Executive to negotiate favourable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and reordering when necessary. Perform stock take activities with store.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock levels and timely deliveries.
• To make sure all the invoices from branches submitted to Head Quarters for record. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Create and update supplier databases for reference.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
• 2-3 years of experience in performing Supply Chain or Purchasing function is preferred
• Good in numbers, high integrity, good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for regular travel to retail outlets.
• Willing to work in Sabak Bernam, Selangor.
