About the role

Senior FP&A Manager responsible for financial analysis, operations and finance, and QA & Ecards Operations. Reports to the CFO.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate high proficiency in financial modelling, planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis techniques

• Ensure smooth issuance of E-Money/Wallet and collections are collected promptly from IDs and agents

• Ensure all commission payments to distributors are processed on time, with sufficient cash flow maintained

• Actively involved in global month-end reporting and analysis

• Work closely with the local teams for new markets financial evaluations

• Produce month-end reporting analysis for various countries and regions

• Review and analyse current/new market profitability to management. Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, competitors analysis

• Support Financial Control reporting and review of any other projects required

• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in business processes through reengineering, value stream mapping and automation

About you

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or related discipline

• Preferably at least 2 to 3 years working experience in financial planning and analysis with a large multi-national organization

• Good in Excel, Powerpoint, BI, SAP, Flex and various systems within the Company

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

• Great communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders across departments and multiple countries

• Knowledge of accounting, financial management, financial analysis as well as familiarity with financial operations system

• Experience in the direct selling/e-commerce industry is an added advantage
