Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Market, promote, and sell CETE programs, including HRD Corp claimable courses and corporate training programs
- Plan and execute marketing and sales activities to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Recruit corporate partners and trainers, and manage customer databases
- Manage HRD Corp eTRiS processes, including course applications, trainer registration, and grant applications
- Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, trainers, venues, materials, and participants
- Support branding and promotional activities across various marketing platforms
- Conduct basic market research and stay updated on HRD Corp developments
- Collaborate with internal departments on marketing, events, and promotional activities
- Attend meetings, prepare reports, and perform other assigned duties
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, HR, Education, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate training, education, sales, or marketing
- Experience with HRD Corp / eTRiS system is an advantage
- Experience in training coordination or event management is preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
