Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Strategy Manager to support digital initiatives across our regional business operations. The role will focus on developing digital strategies, improving business processes and using technology and data to support operational efficiency and long-term business development across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with regional business objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital solutions
• Work with regional teams to coordinate digital projects and initiatives
• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support the evaluation and implementation of digital tools and systems
• Develop business cases, presentations and recommendations for management
• Monitor project progress, performance indicators and key outcomes
• Coordinate with technology, operations and business teams on digital initiatives
• Support process standardisation and digital adoption across regional offices
• Stay informed about emerging digital technologies and relevant industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, business analysis or project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of digital platforms, business processes and data analysis
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with business data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with regional or Asia-Pacific teams is an advantage
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure or sustainability sector is a plus

Pay: $8,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
