About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu, you will focus on driving sales within the government segment and meeting packages.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales with a focus on government clients and meeting packages.
• Promote and sell meeting rooms and event packages.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and key clients.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure smooth event arrangements.
• Follow up with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant qualification in Sales, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in hotel sales, meeting and event sales is an advantage.
• Experience dealing with government clients is highly advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and target-driven.

Willing to work during events, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
