Full Time Marketing Executive (Q Bistro) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Hajris F&B Federal Territory - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, website updates, and content creation.
• Develop in-store POS materials and oversee product presentation and merchandising.
• Manage campaign budgets and monitor marketing performance and ROI.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance reviews.
• Manage customer engagement and gather feedback to improve products and services.
• Support new product launches and develop marketing initiatives to strengthen market appeal.
• Track and analyze marketing and sales data and prepare performance reports.
• Develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, sales, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with Sales and other departments to achieve business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign management.
• Good communication, creative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva and digital marketing tools are an advantage.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
