Key Responsibilities:

• Be the operational backbone of the business — ensuring daily administrative functions run smoothly, efficiently, and without disruption
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange logistics for internal and external engagements with professionalism and precision
• Prepare polished reports, presentations, and business documentation that give management the clarity needed to make confident decisions
• Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems to ensure critical records and documents are always accessible and accurate
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep project coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication on track
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure every deadline across the business is consistently met
• Assist with data entry, basic financial tracking, procurement documentation, and continuous improvements to administrative workflows
• Handle correspondence, manage office supplies, and proactively resolve operational gaps before they become bigger issues
• Support multiple departments simultaneously — gaining broad exposure to how different business functions operate and interconnect

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,300.00 per month
