Receive and apply 1-to-1 mentorship to develop sales, leadership, and people skills
Handle customer rejection professionally to maintain positive engagement and resilience
Lead and motivate team members as you progress from learner to performer to leader
Participate in different campaigns and work with various teams to broaden experience and network
Travel for overseas learning opportunities to enhance professional growth
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to contribute to a supportive team environment
Balance work and social activities to foster a fun and productive workplace culture
