Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, performance-driven Livestream Lead to join our growing e-Commerce team. In this role, you will operate like a mini business owner, taking full ownership of livestream performance across multiple rooms and brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and understands how to turn livestream traffic into real sales through strong execution, storytelling, and real-time optimization.

What You Will Do

Livestream Performance Ownership

• Manage 2 livestream rooms across multiple brands and lead a team of ~10 hosts. You are fully responsible for driving GMV growth, conversion rate (CVR), and overall livestream performance across all sessions.
• Own GMV, CVR, sales per hour, and AOV performance
• Ensure consistent execution quality across all livestreams
• Drive continuous improvement through performance tracking

Livestream Planning & Execution

• Plan and optimize livestream operations to maximize traffic and conversion.
• Build daily and weekly livestream schedules
• Allocate hosts and peak-hour time slots effectively
• Ensure consistent livestream coverage and operational readiness

Content, Conversion & Real-Time Optimization

• Maximize sales performance through strong livestream execution and in-the-moment optimization.
• Develop high-conversion scripts and strong hook strategies (first 3–5 seconds)
• Optimize promotions (bundles, GWP, urgency tactics, limited-time offers)
• Adjust pricing, SKUs, and messaging in real time to improve conversion and engagement

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing livestream team.
• Manage and train livestream hosts and moderators
• Improve host performance in engagement, storytelling, and closing
• Replace or scale talent based on performance outcomes

Data-Driven Growth & Campaign Execution

• Use data and campaign execution to drive continuous revenue growth.
• Track GMV, CVR, viewer trends, and top-performing SKUs/hosts
• Execute major campaigns (6.6, 7.7, 11.11, etc.) with e-commerce alignment
• Continuously refine strategy based on performance insights

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of TikTok / livestream / e-commerce experience
• Proven experience managing multiple livestreams or teams
• Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm and livestream conversion tactics
• Highly execution-driven and data-sensitive
• Able to work flexible hours / shifts (peak time focus)
