• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Set up and adjust machines according to specifications and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
• Conduct product inspections and test run to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and load raw materials, components, and tooling for production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Report equipment issues, quality defects, and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety and 5S requirements.
• Support continuous improvement activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
