Job Description

• Play a pivotal role in the organisation's people strategy — gaining broad exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions from day one
• Develop strong recruitment coordination skills by managing end-to-end hiring processes from candidate sourcing through to successful offer management
• Build your employee relations capabilities by serving as a trusted point of contact for staff enquiries and general workplace matters
• Gain hands-on experience coordinating training programmes, development initiatives, and performance management processes across teams
• Develop your HR compliance knowledge by ensuring all documentation and practices align with MOM regulations and company policies at all times
• Sharpen your analytical skills by preparing workforce reports covering recruitment performance, turnover trends, and key HR metrics
