Job Summary
Join Wings Riverside as a bar staff member to manage bar operations, assist guests, and support daily activities. Training is provided for all experience levels.
Responsibilities
Open and close the bar to ensure readiness for service and secure closure
Manage bar operations including ordering supplies, preparing drinks, and controlling inventory to maintain smooth workflow
Attend to guests in the bar and restaurant areas to provide friendly and efficient service
Assist the manager in coordinating daily bar activities to support efficient operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate friendliness, strong work ethic, and ability to learn quickly to adapt to the role
Communicate effectively and build positive interactions with guests and team members
Possess knowledge of wine, beer, and alcohol to enhance guest experience (advantageous but not essential)
