Full Time Customer Service Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in TN Elevator & Equipment Services Selangor - Maukerja

Job responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status, ETD, ETA, and delivery arrangements
• Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments from booking until delivery
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, warehouses, customs brokers, and overseas agents
• Arrange and follow up on shipment bookings and schedules
• Prepare, check, and maintain shipping and forwarding documents, including B/L, AWB, Delivery Order, invoice, packing list, and other relevant documents
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively inform customers of delays, schedule changes, or operational issues
• Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure shipments are processed smoothly
• Follow up on customs clearance and delivery arrangements where required
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments for resolution
• Update shipment details accurately in the forwarding system
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by superior

Job Requirement :

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or customer service
• Good understanding of import/export and freight forwarding processes
• 5.5 Working Days
