Full Time Logistics Operations Executive - Warehouse Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in TASCO BERHAD (KLIA) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive / Warehouse Operations Executive to support daily warehouse, logistics, inventory, and customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and packing material planning, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
• Handle customer shipments, EDI transactions, barcode labels, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate courier, transportation, freight forwarding, and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare import/export and customs documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
• Prepare monthly billing summaries, shipment reports, inventory reports, and operational reports.
• Support daily warehouse operations, manpower allocation, attendance, and overtime monitoring.
• Manage temporary access passes for drivers and visitors.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Transportation, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, shipping, customer service, or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or EDI systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with import/export and customs documentation is preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Multinational manufacturing or logistics environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
