Position: Senior Manager, Talent Management & Leadership Development (APAC)

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: SGD 11,000 – 16,500 / month

Job Description

Drive enterprise talent identification, succession planning, and executive leadership development across Asia-Pacific. Partner directly with regional C-suite leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to build robust succession pipelines, optimize high-potential talent frameworks, accelerate internal mobility, and cultivate a high-performance organizational culture aligned with global transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Succession Planning: Facilitate high-impact regional talent reviews, mapping high-potential (HiPo) employees and designing robust succession plans for critical leadership roles across APAC.
  • Leadership Development & Coaching: Design and implement executive capability-building programs, leadership accelerators, and targeted mentoring initiatives.
  • Internal Mobility & Pipeline Strengthening: Drive regional internal career mobility strategies, reducing talent attrition and expanding diverse candidate pools for mid-to-senior management positions.
  • Workforce Insights & Analytics: Utilize AI-enabled HR diagnostics, talent analytics, and sentiment tracking tools to evaluate competency gaps, track leadership readiness, and report metrics to the executive committee.
  • Culture & Employer Branding Alignment: Collaborate with Regional Talent Acquisition and Communications teams to align internal talent development with external employer value propositions (EVP) and global DE&I frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to regional Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Effectiveness within a global multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent assessment methodologies (e.g., 9-Box Grid, Hogan Assessments, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect).
  • Strong track record of designing multi-market talent development and succession planning frameworks across diverse APAC cultures.
  • Exceptional leadership presence, executive coaching capability, data-driven mindset, and stakeholder influence skills.

Pay: $11,000.00 - $16,500.00 per month
