• Conduct live selling sessions on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and other online platforms to promote and sell company products.
• Present and demonstrate products during live sessions, highlighting product features, benefits, and promotions to attract customers.
• Actively engage with viewers, respond to enquiries, and encourage purchases during live sessions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and maximize sales performance through effective live selling techniques.
• Assist in preparing products, promotional materials, and the live streaming setup before each session.
• Monitor customer comments, answer product-related questions, and provide accurate product information.
• Follow the assigned live streaming schedule and ensure consistent performance during live sessions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to plan promotions and improve live selling performance.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales or the jewellery industry is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
