Full Time Finance-Account Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Grocer Plus SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Handle daily bookkeeping, record sales, supplier invoices, and expenses to keep ledgers current.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare supplier payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare month-end reconciliations and basic financial statements to support accurate closes.
• Deliver simple sales and cost variance notes to help store managers understand performance.

Systems & Process

• Maintain and improve autocount accounting system entries, templates, and workflows for smoother reporting and audits.
• Support bank and inventory reconciliations and assist during audits or tax submissions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in retail or FMCG environments.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient with Accounting, Financial Accounting, Autocount Accounting Systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with month-end close, reconciliations, invoices, and basic financial reporting.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work.
• Good communicator, able to work closely with store teams and suppliers.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
