Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality direct patient care through out the dialysis process.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, condition and treatment response, and escalate concerns appropriately.
Perform patient assessments and document observations and care accurately.
Administer and manage dialysis treatment according to physician orders and established procedures.
Monitor and manage ultrafiltration, medications and safety measures during dialysis.
Recognise and respond promptly to emergencies and life-threatening complications.
Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
Educate patients and families on renal disease, dialysis treatment and health management.
Provide compassionate, respectful and patient-centered care.
Support patients with pre- and post-dialysis care
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
Preferably at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (dialysis) is required for this position, non-renal trained will also be considered - training will be provided.
Holds a valid SNB General License.
Able to work 12-hour shift on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Locations and working hours will be based on clinical roster.
