Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst - SAP Sales & Distribution to join their Marketing and Sales IT department. In this role, you will shape sales and marketing processes across a multi-ERP SAP landscape, participating in business process harmonization and an ongoing migration from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

About The Job
Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst - SAP Sales & Distribution to join their Marketing and Sales IT department. In this role, you will shape sales and marketing processes across a multi-ERP SAP landscape, participating in business process harmonization and an ongoing migration from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Gathering information from stakeholders and transferring business requirements into technical implementations with a focus on Sales Order Processing.
- Collaborating with product owners, software engineers, and business counterparts to develop long-term solutions aligned with company strategy for direct sales customer engagement.
- Configuring and customizing requirements in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, and SAP Business ByDesign using detailed business process knowledge in marketing and sales.
- Supporting and troubleshooting issues reported by global and regional key users.
- Working collaboratively within an international, highly motivated, cross-functional team to define and implement future processes.
about the requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a CGPA > 3.0 or equivalent grading.
- At least 6 years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar role.
- 4 or more years of hands-on domain expertise in the SAP S/4 HANA SD module.
- Experience with SAP Business ByDesign or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is considered an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of business processes in sales and marketing within the context of a globally operating enterprise.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in verbal and written English.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
