Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QC Clerk role based in Papar. The QC Clerk is responsible for performing routine quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished products, recording inspection results, and reporting any deviations from quality standards. Daily tasks include sampling, basic measurements, data entry into quality control systems, and maintaining organized documentation for audits and internal reviews. The role involves coordinating with production and warehouse teams to ensure non-conforming items are identified, segregated, and handled according to procedures. The QC Clerk also assists in maintaining cleanliness and compliance in inspection areas and supports the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic quality inspections, measurements, and sampling in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and documentation of test results.
• Basic understanding of quality assurance concepts, product standards, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with production, warehouse, and supervisory personnel.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in an on-site environment, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with using computers and office software for reporting and maintaining quality records.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or quality control is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new procedures, and support continuous improvement in quality processes.
