Job Description

• Join a structured operations training programme designed to give you real hands-on exposure across multiple business functions from day one
• Rotate across key operational departments to develop a well-rounded and practical understanding of how the business runs end-to-end
• Support daily operational activities including coordination, documentation, and workflow management across internal teams
• Work closely with experienced operations leads on live projects and real business deliverables that have measurable impact
• Assist in monitoring operational performance metrics and preparing clear summaries for management review
• Participate actively in process improvement discussions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop strong time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Build a solid operational foundation with structured mentorship, real responsibilities, and a clear pathway to career progression

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,600.00 per month
