Full Time SAP FICO Functional Specialist-Manager-Sr Manager Jobs, in Swap Asia Selangor - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional PIC for SAP Finance, covering AP, AR, GL, Bank, Fixed Assets, CO and Finance Reporting across multiple entities/countries
• Perform SAP FICO configuration, application support, incident/problem management and change requests across Fiori and SAP GUI
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions
• Design and support SAP FICO integrations, working with SD, MM, EWM, ABAP and Integration/Boomi teams to ensure accurate end-to-end financial postings
• Review functional and technical specifications prepared by ABAP developers and define required SAP configuration
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, deployment, enhancements and SAP AMS/implementation partners
• Provide SAP FICO training, user support and knowledge transfer to Finance users
• Promote SAP standard functionality and best practices, minimizing unnecessary customization

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field
• Related working experience 15+ years
• 5–8+ years of SAP FICO configuration experience, including SAP S/4HANA
• Strong hands-on knowledge of FI/CO, Fiori and SAP GUI
• Fiori Embedded Analytics experience is an added advantage
• Experience with SAP configuration, integrations, APIs/OData, Fiori Analytic reporting, and ABAP coordination
• Strong understanding of Finance business processes and accounting principles
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Finance, IT and external SAP partners
• SAP FICO/S/4HANA certification is an advantage
