Role Description The IT Project Manager will plan and deliver projects on time, meeting agreed specifications and contractual commitments. The person must lead meetings, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and follow through on deadlines. Taking initiative, exercising sound judgement rather than simply following instructions, and professionally challenging unreasonable or out-of-scope requests based on contractual terms are essential. The role requires a resourceful problem solver who anticipates risks, escalates roadblocks early and drives practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project tasks, materials, and external dependencies.
• Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to oversee quality checks and verify that deliverables meet technical and compliance standards.
• Relevant experience managing technology or software implementation projects, preferably in document or records management, is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
