Full Time Construction Manager (MEP) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,500 in PRO-MATRIX PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

·      Develop and manage site construction schedule in accordance withthe project milestones.

·      Manage all site construction personnel and activities.

·      Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QCpolicies, performance standards and specification.

·      Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs andrequirements and represent them in the field.

·      Responsible for project functions, e.g. Site Management, ProjectControl Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, ConstructionManagement, etc.

·      Manage and monitor the daily site progress and report timely tothe Project Manager.

·      Ensure EHS and QA/QC standards of works by trade cons are met.

·      Always ensure coordination and communication with all trade cons.

·      Responsible for any additional works or changes that constitutea variation.

·      Oversee M&E Combined Services Drawing (CSD), M&EReflected Ceiling Plan (RCP), M&E Services relating to structural items.

·      Lead and chair weekly trade cons coordination meeting.

·      Attend weekly client-consultant meeting.

·      Preparation and submission of M&E tenders, includingreviewing technical specifications, cost estimates and project timelines.

·      Responsible for tender, pre-contract and post contract duties.

·      Liaise and prepare tender clarifications.

·      Conduct detailed technical evaluations of tender documents toensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

·      Identify potential risks and challenges associated with tendersubmissions and develop mitigation strategies.

·      Assist in preparation of presentation, technical write up fortender submission/interview and attendance of tender interview.

·      Involve in project write up on scope of work, manpowerhistogram, programs and project schedule using Microsoft Projectsoftware. 

·      Provide technical expertise and guidance to support thedecision-making process during tender evaluations. 

·      Evaluating quotations from sub-cons/suppliers according totender requirement.

·      Ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements.

·      Lead and coordinate with CSA contractors for the siteimplementation plan, construction plan in terms of logistic, work sequencing tomeet the requirements for various project milestone dates.

·      Be observant to the daily site operation and react promptly tothe arising site issues.

·      Lead the HOTO process and ensure a smooth project handover toOps team.

·      Review/ approve the preliminary site incident report.

·      Preliminary assessment onthe subcons’ progress claim monthly.
