About the Role

Soybean Factory Production Sdn. Bhd. is looking for responsible, service-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our team as Service Crew.

This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing a long-term career in the food and beverage industry. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack soybean products according to company standards.
• Serve customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer orders and basic cashier duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the outlet.
• Ensure food preparation and service areas are clean and well organized.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checking.
• Follow company standard operating procedures, food safety requirements, and hygiene standards.
• Support daily outlet operations and work closely with team members.
• Assist supervisors during peak hours and promotional activities.
• Perform other outlet-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• No prior working experience is required; training will be provided.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.
