Full Time Material Management Analyst Jobs, in Ingenious Job Federal Territory - Maukerja

Company Background: Global aerospace technology company that develops and manufactures aircraft systems, avionics, engines and related aerospace components for commercial, business and defense markets.

Job Scopes:

• Resolve material-related issues to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure timely material ordering and availability to meet production requirements.
• Monitor sales, inventory levels and delivery schedules through daily/weekly meetings.
• Prepare daily reports and analyze material availability, inventory and delivery status.
• Identify and escalate actual or potential material shortages that may affect production.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production and engineering teams across multiple time zones to resolve material issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• 1 year relevant experience
• Experience with SAP Systems is an added advantage
• Good skill in MS Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, etc)
• Good English communication skill
