We are seeking an experienced Senior Wintel Engineer to provide expert support in the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Servers.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019).
• Perform day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Windows Server and virtualisation issues, primarily Hyper-V.
• Monitor system health and conduct routine checks to ensure server availability and stability.
• Support server patching, updates, and decommissioning activities.
• Assist with Active Directory setup, management, and Group Policy administration.
• Perform basic administration of DNS, DHCP, File Server, and WSUS.
• Document system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other teams for escalated issues and change management tasks.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Diploma or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Wintel/Windows Server administration.
• Day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Windows Server and virtualisation issues.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Basic administration of DNS, DHCP, File Server, and WSUS.
• Familiarity with Hyper-V or other virtualisation technologies.
