Job Description

• Provide technical support to the sales and purchasing teams for power transmission products including couplings, belts, chains, pulleys and sprockets.
• Support the sales team in identifying business opportunities and recommending suitable product solutions based on customer applications.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and overseas principals on technical enquiries,product selection and engineering solutions.
• Conduct product selection, sizing and application recommendations based on customer operating conditions.
• Arrange customer site visits for product application support, troubleshooting and failure analysis when required.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma in mechanical engineering or related discipline
• Good communication skills
