Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Plan and maintain daily and weekly delivery schedules based on Purchase Orders (POs) and inventory levels.
- Monitor order fulfilment and expedite urgent order
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, drivers and third party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and distribute daily delivery planning reports.
- Ensure timely reporting of delivery issues and customer feedback to relevant departments for follow-up and resolution.
- Adjust delivery schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand
- Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and help streamline processes to improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates only
- Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or a related field
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Words & Excel.
- Salary will be determined based on academic qualifications (CGPA), skills, and job performance..
