Full Time Executive - Building (Bangi) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Mah Sing Healthcare Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Compilation of Handover List from Project Team and preparation of budget.
• To carry out maintenance of public areas, utilities, facilities and security.
• To track and follow-up closely on DNF submitted.
• Purchase of relevant insurance until handover to local authorities/ expiring of Liability period whichever is earlier.
• Maintenance inspection and testing of all fire safety equipment system, keeping record and certificates of compliance with BOMBA requirement.
• To verify and notify upon completion of rectification works.
• To ensure effective implementation of House Rules and compliance to local bylaws.
• To appoint external services provider to carry out maintenance of public areas, utilities and Tendering and retendering of contract to in-facilities, security.
• Ensure that the service provider purchases relevant insurance.
• Request maintenance schedule from external service provider.
• Review and approve maintenance schedule.
• Track and follow up on Management accounts, maintenance for building, contractor licenses and defects.
• Convening of the FAGMs to form JMB / MC.
• Handover proper listing to JMB upon JMB formed.
• Any other task or duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement

• Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management
• At least 1 year of experience in the real estate management industry
• Able work 5.5 days
• Able to be based in Sensory Residence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
