Job Overview

Responsible for supervising and coordinating cleaning and custodial operations at the assigned facility to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and service standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning and custodial operations at the assigned site.
• Monitor cleaners' attendance, deployment and daily work activities.
• Ensure cleaning works are carried out according to the required schedule and service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, washrooms, offices and other designated areas.
• Monitor cleaning quality and take immediate action on service deficiencies.
• Coordinate manpower deployment based on operational requirements and events.
• Monitor cleaning materials, equipment and consumables.
• Liaise with the client/site management regarding cleaning-related matters and complaints.
• Train and guide cleaning staff on work procedures, safety and service standards.
• Prepare daily/shift reports and report operational issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure proper handling of waste and compliance with site requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM; relevant certificate/diploma is an advantage.
• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, custodial or soft services operations.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
