Full Time EXECUTIVE QAQC Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Smartlink Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Smartlink Engineering Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian engineering and manufacturing company serving the semiconductor and high-technology industries. We specialise in the design, fabrication, assembly and integration of industrial automation equipment, precision machinery, box-build assemblies, control panels and customised engineering solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a QAQC Executive to support our Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities and ensure that products, processes and documentation consistently meet internal standards, customer requirements and applicable quality requirements.

Current Location : Seksyen 32, Shah Alam

New Location: We will moved to Sijangkang, Selangor by first quarter of 2027.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and implement QAQC activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet specified requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, inspection criteria and other relevant quality documents.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and other QAQC documentation.
• Identify, investigate and follow up on product and process non-conformities.
• Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support internal, customer and external quality audits.
• Monitor and report quality performance, defects and recurring quality issues.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems.
• Assist in implementing quality improvement and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of quality-related documents and records.
• Perform other quality-related duties and projects assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Good understanding of quality inspection, quality control procedures and non-conformance management.
• Experience with quality documentation, corrective actions and audit activities will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with different departments.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
