We’re partnering with an established audience-targeting and digital media agency with an international presence across London, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. Our client has delivered over 5,000 campaigns across the UK and Asia, combining digital media, influencer marketing, data and proprietary technology.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Malaysia and UK clients, helping turn briefs into proposals and coordinating campaigns from planning through to delivery and reporting.

You’ll also work closely with internal teams to monitor campaign performance, present recommendations and identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.

We’re looking for someone with:

1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing or a similar marketing/advertising role

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

Strong client communication and relationship management skills

Good understanding of digital marketing and social media

Confidence working with campaign data and presenting insights
