Job Overview
We are looking for an NGO Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of social impact programmes and advisory initiatives. The role involves working with internal teams, community organisations, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure programmes are well organised and aligned with agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate social impact programmes and community-focused initiatives from development through implementation.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to establish programme timelines, activities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, community activities, and programme-related events.
• Monitor programme progress and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, project updates, and programme materials.
• Communicate with partner organisations, community groups, and other stakeholders on programme matters.
• Gather feedback and relevant information to support programme reviews and improvements.
• Assist with project planning, resource coordination, and budget tracking.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to research, programme evaluation, and the development of recommendations for social impact initiatives.
• Support multiple projects while maintaining clear timelines and priorities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Social Sciences, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in programme management, project coordination, consulting, community programmes, or the non-profit sector is preferred.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders and partner organisations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common project management tools.
• Experience working on social impact or community-focused projects will be an advantage.
