- Lead portfolio governance and strategic programme oversight across technology initiatives, ensuring visibility of scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
- Drive portfolio monitoring, reporting, and executive-level insights to support decision-making, prioritisation, risk management, and programme delivery outcomes.
- Establish and continuously improve programme management frameworks, governance standards, reporting processes, quality controls, and delivery assurance practices.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, issues, resource constraints, and programme dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and recovery actions.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions, while leading and developing a high-performing programme management team.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, programme management, PMO leadership, governance, or technology delivery within large and complex organisations, preferably in financial services.
- Strong expertise in portfolio governance, strategic programme management, executive reporting, risk management, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation portfolios across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, or related project/programme management certifications are preferred.
