We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to help promote our industrial cooling products and generate sales enquiries through online marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Create attractive social media posts, captions and promotional content
• Create simple product videos, reels and TikTok videos
• Take photos and videos of our machines, products, factory activities and completed projects
• Edit photos and videos using Canva, CapCut or similar software
• Assist with Facebook / Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Monitor online advertisements and enquiries
• Assist with basic SEO and website content updates
• Create product articles and simple marketing content
• Research suitable keywords and content ideas
• Reply or forward online sales enquiries to the sales team
• Work with our sales and technical team to understand our products and create suitable marketing content
• Help promote our products through online campaigns and exhibitions

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Business, Mass Communication or related field is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
• Able to create social media posts independently
• Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Basic knowledge of Facebook / Meta Ads or TikTok Ads is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SEO is an advantage
• Able to write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia marketing content
• Creative and willing to learn
• Comfortable taking photos and videos of products and factory activities
• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks

Experience is an advantage but not compulsory. Training and guidance will be provided.

We are more interested in candidates who are creative, willing to learn and able to produce content consistently.
