Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated graduate engineer to join our Backfinish Operations team. The successful candidate will support manufacturing process activities, process monitoring, troubleshooting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) semiconductor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing process performance to ensure stability, efficiency, and quality
- Identify process variation, bottlenecks, and sources of yield loss, and drive improvement actions
- Troubleshoot process issues, equipment-related deviations, and product nonconformities
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support process qualification, validation, and change management activities
- Collect, analyze, and present process data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
- Participate in new product introductions, process transfers, and industrialization activities
- Provide technical support during audits, inspections, and customer visits
- Perform additional engineering tasks as assigned by management or senior engineers
Your Skills & Experiences
- Strong interest in manufacturing, process engineering, or semiconductor operations
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, SPC, and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a production environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward continuous improvement
- Able to work in cleanroom environment
- Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift
