About The Job

Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager

Location: KL

Mode: Hybrid

Intake: Early Q*************

• Create, launch, and optimize digital campaigns from scratch (independently), across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate to scale winning ads and tweak underperforming ones.
• Produce original social media assets and assist with AI and digital app campaign setups to drive user acquisition.

About The Criteria

• 3+ years of independent performance marketing experience, with proven mastery in strategy, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience optimizing ad performance metrics with a strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
• Highly active, self-driven, and commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
• Candidates with prior exposure to the healthcare, medical device, or fitness sectors are strongly preferred.
