Responsibilities
Main objective:
Handle customer enquiries from
enquiry → artwork → quotation → order confirmation
, while keeping follow-ups organised and timely.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales Enquiries
Reply to WhatsApp, email and website enquiries
Understand product, quantity, printing and deadline
Recommend suitable products
Prepare quotations in Xero (we will teach you if you do not have experience)
Follow up until order is confirmed
Artwork & Mock-ups
Prepare simple product mock-ups for customers
Resize/reposition customer logos
Prepare print-ready artwork
Obtain artwork approval before production
Website / Marketing — Secondary
Basic product image editing
Upload new products when sales workload permits
Simple social/content work only when required
